Our requirements are:
• Proof of Past Performance: Priority requirement — credible and independently verifiable evidence of previous copper cathode transactions/supply.
• Product: Copper Cathodes, Grade A / 99.99%.
• Origin: Preferably Zambia or DRC.
• Initial trial: Approximately 100 MT.
• Ongoing requirement: Approximately 1,500 MT per month, with potential to scale.
• Supplier profile: Preference for producers, smelters, title holders or established suppliers with direct and verifiable control/access to the material.
• Payment: Ability to work with a documentary LC from a reputable international bank.
• Inspection: Independent inspection such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or equivalent should be acceptable.
• Documentation: Clear product origin, export capability and standard transaction documentation.
• Delivery: Preference for EXW Durban, South Africa, or alternatively EXW Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Suppliers capable of positioning cathodes at either location would be particularly relevant.

The company's top immediate priority is to transition its flagship asset—Target A1 at the Mushima North project which currently has a preliminary "Exploration Target" to an official, JORC-compliant maiden Mineral Resource Estimate by the end of 2026. Continued processing, lab analysis and comprehensive metallurgical test work following a fourth phase of drilling is currently ongoing to confirm long-term tonnage and grade upside. The Exploration target stands at 15 to 30 million tonnes grading 40 to 60 grams per tonne silver equivalent, representing an upper potential of up to 58 million ounces of silver equivalent.
